Paint that does not paint

We pray for a calm day so we could paint the outside of the house at little chief. The Lord bless us with a very calm warm day. After we got the window tape up and spent a little while getting the paint machine going. we were ready to go. We got the primer on with no problem then Brent want to go home but we had about an hour of sun light left. I talk him into painting the finial coat on the house. We thought it went fine. The next day we came back to find yellow streak where it run. We figure we just have to touch it up by hand. Brent accidently pour out some of the new bucket of out side paint we did not know how much we need so we had another bucket. We use the little bit we pour out to touch up the outside then went back to the first bucket. Brent call to me in other room something wrong with this paint. It will not paint over another thing. the bucket look the same but the fine print on the bottom one said paint base and the othe said white. Without the pigment it clear and does not dry very fast and turn yellow. We went back on Saturday and start up the paint machine and got the house painted white right the second time. The White look Good. Brent well be starting to replace the shingles on the rood next and I will be finish paint thing on the inside.
We got one little load of 15 bundle of shingles put in our car took out to the house. Brent feeling great because he was able to put all 15 bundle up on the roof. No bad for almost 60 year.

BIGGER Lighting flashes

Went to Bartville for more paint and wood. The most the roads here in Oklahoma are narrow two line country roads that are windy. We start back home after dark to Pawhuska. The rain start pour down in bucket. Best way to see the road in my head light was on dim til the lighting struck then it lite up the sky,road and countryside for miles.
We drive away then the lighting struck again so we could drive little faster because it was like daylight for a few second. Showing where the curves and straight part of the road were. We got home safely.
There was a saver storm warning on TV and a tornado watch. They could not say were it was because it was the weather for forming them. They thought they might have one forming in skitook about 30 mile south of us. It started forming a hook shape. The storm pass on without forming a circle. We got a cellar by the house. Only we still do not know were the door is. We have to look tomorrow after the storm.

Were there smoke there fire

While working on the house at little chief. Brent saw some smoke over the hill. He call the manager to tell him about the fire because the cowboy feeling the cow had just left. We figure he know how to call the fire department. Brent talk to the cowboy the next day about the fire and what had happen. He got a call and went right up the hill to fight the fire. He said the fire truck got there shortly after him. They almost got the fire out at the top of the hill. The wind was blowing hard enough to sent thing flying. More fire trucks came to fight the fire. The cowboy stop fighting the fire. He already moved the cows that were in that field. He went to mending fences from the fire trucks driving after the fire. The cowboy went to bed tried that night.
They got the cattle here trained to come to a siren It help to count them They come out from the trees. They feed them pellets (they call them cookie here because they cow like them that much) The cattle follow the truck from pastier to pastier. It make it easy to move them around, even in case of fires

Tall grass

Making progress on the house took time off for Connie has sore arm seen the tall grass Buffalo reserve. We got wood at Lowe's guy committed about Connie being pregnant. We look so young you know. Mom does not know if it a insult or compliment???
Plumbing system need to be change on all the pipes drain Field has 3" pipe not 4" that on the house we are living in.
Has 65 people for branch Halloween trunk or treat. They had 6 different kinds of chili. Someone made ice cream with liquid nitrogen in two minutes. Wish we done home made root beer maybe the next party
