Court Yard

 
Just out the back door is little court yard
  Washing machine just plumbed outside why not it doesnot freeze and they have cover for them if it rains
 
The water heater to the side of the apt to make it easyer for gas delivarys.
 

Grandpa still figureing for me how to get the grapefruit down. We don't have a ladder and broom handle not long enough. I decide the yard need one green plant.
